These documents are submitted directly by installers and made visible on their profile for you to review. SolarEnergyPH does not independently audit, call, or certify these documents — we are not a licensing body, and we don't (yet) send someone to confirm a DTI certificate is genuine or that a permit is current. An installer with documents on file has been more transparent than one with none, but "documents uploaded" is not the same as "government-certified."
Most of the complaints we hear about solar in the Philippines aren't about the technology — they're about installers who disappeared mid-project, quotes with no itemized breakdown, or warranty promises that were never in writing. Comparing itemized quotes from multiple installers side-by-side, and doing the four checks above, solves most of that risk. That's what SolarEnergyPH is built to make easy.
